NOA River Oaks is one of the only places in Houston to find gel x nails. Helen is literally amazing and has done them for me 4 times now. She takes her time to make sure I get the best service possible. My nails always turn out perfect. The pedicures here are so relaxing and they don’t use the cheese grater. If you want quality work, it’s worth the cost.

The staff and place is so so great! Cynthia changed my life with the nail set she did, I got a full set and she was super precise✌🏽 I got consultation before starting and she also brought in options that would suit me better. Over all super thoughtful and wonderful experience! Chloe did my pedicure and she really went above and beyond with the service as well. Highly recommend the girls and NOA! 💕
